How Does it Work?
Custom Auction List:
- PSG Auction Partners builds a list of auction properties in your area. The list is maintained and updated weekly to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Find Properties to Bid On:
- We work together to identify properties that align with your investment strategy and buy box, helping you find great deals.
Property Analysis and Bidding:
- Once a property is identified, we work together to come up with a Max Bid amount.
- PSG Auction Partners bids on your behalf during the auction’s bidding window.
Purchase Agreement and Closing:
- Upon winning a bid, Auction.com prepares a purchase agreement for signature by you and the bank.
- The trustee begins the process of transferring ownership, which typically takes about 30 days.
