With a degree in Finance and emphasis in Real Estate Law, my professional journey spans over 30 years, marked by significant achievements and diversified expertise. Initially, I honed my financial acumen through a 12-year tenure as an assistant controller, where I oversaw pivotal departments such as Loan Processing and Auditing, fostering a keen understanding of fiscal management and regulatory compliance.
Transitioning into entrepreneurship, I became the principal of a sales company, RW & Associates, where I facilitated partnerships between esteemed brands and manufacturers, propelling them into the spotlight of retail giant Costco. Over the course of 20+ years, I transformed this venture into a flourishing enterprise, mastering the art of negotiation, market penetration, and sustainable growth.
In 2022, I felt the pull to dive back into my real estate roots and launched Precision Solution Group and PSG Auction Partners, leveraging my extensive network and expertise to specialize in capital and acquisition solutions within the real estate sector. My strengths lie in identifying lucrative opportunities and forging partnerships with capital providers possessing substantial resources, facilitating seamless collaborations that unlock the full potential of investment properties.
